Kita Kiddi 3 (Zürich)

The Kiddi 3 daycare center has an optimal location and offers good public transport connections. The streetcar stop "Talwiesenstrasse" of line 9 and 14 can be reached in 200m and the bus stop "Gutstrasse" of line 69 is even only 180m away. This means that nothing stands in the way of parents having a quick connection to the city center/main train station.

The daycare center is located in a modern and child-rich development, which offers two playgrounds as well as a spacious courtyard with plenty of room to play. The neighborhood offers various possibilities to spend time with the children outside. With the two school buildings "Ämtler" and "Im Gut" we have more great playgrounds and meadow areas to let off steam with the kids. But also the path along the allotment gardens invites the children to take a leisurely walk, to discover the surroundings or to stop and watch the hobby gardeners at work. A highlight is always a visit to the city nursery, where the children have the opportunity to observe exotic plants, free-flying birds and fish such as koi and water turtles.

Our nursery has two groups, one mixed-age and one flexible. In the mixed-age group "Funkelstei" we can offer a maximum of 12.5 places per day and in the flexible mixed-age group "Lüchtstei" 11 places per day. Both groups have a spacious checkroom and a place for strollers in the basement.

Both groups have a group room, bedroom, dining/play room and bathroom. The bedrooms are also used as a playroom during the times when the children are not sleeping, to dress up in the "Bäbiecke", to "köcherle" or sometimes to build a hut. Sometimes even the checkroom is used as an extended room to paint or to build a big train.

The rooms are kept simple to avoid overstimulation. Sensible niches have been created for the children, inviting them to linger, build or simply be. The location of Kiddi 3 is characterized by its high rooms and large windows, which let in a lot of light and also give the children the opportunity to see what is going on outside the daycare center. The children find it exciting to name the cars that drive by, wave to the old woman walking by with her dog, or watch the city cleanup staff work in anticipation.

The Kiddi 3 daycare center is proud to have a great cook who provides her team with a delicious lunch every day and who, with her open and warm manner, is also willing to have a "chat" with the children.

The Kiddi 3 daycare center is also characterized by its open-minded team. Each member of the team tries in his or her own way to make the children's day as pleasant, varied and exciting as possible. The individual personality of each child is taken into account.
