Sunshine Kinderkrippen AG (Zürich)

The Sunshine nursery offers the children a bright and friendly ambience due to the large windows in all rooms. Each group room is individually furnished to meet the needs of the children and can be adapted in case of changes. We place a lot of emphasis on independence and have therefore placed, for example, colored pencils and paper at children's height so that the children can bring out their materials and put them away again independently.

In our nursery there is room for kneading, painting, constructing, role-playing, and cozy reading. The baby group is safely and comfortably furnished, each infant has an individual sleeping place to come to rest. In the Gumpi room, children can romp in a safe environment with a ball pool and mats for jumping and building shelters.

Outside, a large green area awaits the children where we can play with water in the summer and build snowmen/women in the winter. We love to build castles or mud in the sandbox. We also have a regular forest day to bring the children closer to nature and to encourage their imagination and creativity. Children can only really understand their environment if they can experience it with all their senses. By collecting various natural materials, the children expand their sensory experiences and gain an insight into the seasonal processes of nature.

Once a week we visit the Bungertwies gymnasium to teach the children the joy of versatile movement. In addition to gymnastics skills, social and developmental aspects are also promoted here. The children have the opportunity here to awaken their curiosity and dare to try something new.
