Fiorino Steinach (Steinach)

At our daycare center in Steinach, children from the age of three months until they start school find an environment in which they can develop with lots of exercise, healthy food and exploring nature.

Plenty of space to discover: At Fiorino Steinach, we look after 24 children every day in a mixed-age group. Four toddlers between three and 18 months can be looked after daily. Our daycare center has a large garden and we are also allowed to use the gym every week. Every day, our central kitchen Fiorino Tavola conjures up balanced children's menus from fresh, regional ingredients.

Open pedagogy: With us, the children shape their everyday lives. They decide every day which activity interests them and who they want to spend their time with. In this way, we promote the children's independence, personal responsibility and self-confidence.

Quality assurance: Fiorino Steinach bears the "QualiKita" quality label for Swiss daycare centers. The location was tested in 8 subject areas with more than 110 features and passed with top marks. As a certified daycare centre, we focus on the development of the children and are constantly developing as an organization and team.

Organizational matters: We primarily accept children from parents who live in the Horn-Steinach-Tübach communities. If the occupancy of the crèche allows, we also accept children from other municipalities at a rate that covers the costs. Ideally, the children are cared for all day and at least two days a week. The Fiorino Kitas have subsidized daycare places that are also available to children from other municipalities.
