Kita Tiefenau (Bern)

The Tiefenau daycare center is located on the first floor of the former hospital staff building.

It offers children the opportunity to develop in two age-separated groups: In the construction room, for example, real road signs can be built and play trucks are available to drive around, while in the creative room various colors and materials invite children to paint, do handicrafts or draw. Of course, the children also have the opportunity to retreat to each room to look at a book or simply take a short break. The youngest children at the daycare center can enjoy a variety of movement elements or experiment with toys made from natural materials. And the large garden invites children to explore and let off steam in all seasons. Here the children can play hide and seek among the trees and bushes, swing or build castles in the large sandpit. If the season allows, they can even nibble fresh currants straight from the bush - a playful addition to the balanced, sustainable daycare meals. The all-round offer is rounded off by flexible childcare places for parents with irregular working hours and close cooperation with our daycare center and the Rossfeld kindergarten.
